Do I need my own AI API key?

No. Every review runs on PinPoint's managed AI. There is no key to paste and no separate bill. You spend simple credits, and you can pick the model per agent or let Auto choose.

Early birds run everything free while we are in early access, with no card and no time limit. After that, reviews draw from credits priced from the real cost of each run. You can see your usage and balance at any time.

How accurate is it? Will it flag things that are not real problems?

The review reads the fully rendered page, not just the code, and runs a deterministic audit for issues that are always real when they appear (broken links, missing alt text, low contrast, tiny tap targets). It is context-aware, so it stays honest on a good page instead of inventing problems, and digs deeper on a weak one.

Can it review a page behind a login or a staging site?

Public URLs and uploaded PDFs work out of the box. For a website project you verify ownership of the domain first, which unlocks capture and Pip's review.

How do I verify my domain?

Add the DNS TXT record we show you, or drop the meta tag on your homepage, then click verify. It usually takes a few minutes. Domains you do not need to verify (localhost or uploaded files) skip this step.

What are the scores, and how do they change?

Each category gets a live 0 to 100 score. Scores rise as you resolve the pinned issues, so the number always reflects the current state of the page. A Must-fix tier highlights the serious issues to fix first.

Can my whole team collaborate?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Invite members and guests with roles, assign issues to people, set priorities and due dates, and switch between desktop, tablet, and mobile views. Add screenshots or voice notes, share a link, and track everything in reports.

Yes. Upload a PDF and the PDF Review agent checks it, and you can pin comments to exact spots in the document just like a website.
